Batam, Indonesia – 2015
TCL Maritime were commissioned by PT SMOE Indonesia to carry out a pre-feasibility study of the civil works required for the proposed Phase 7 development, which is located to the south of the existing  SMOE yard at Kabil, Batam. The proposed Phase 7 development includes 40 ha of reclamation, 1100m of quay wall with a design dredged depth of -17 mCD, crane and loading platforms behind the quay suitable for the full integration of a 488m long FLNG vessel.

Batam, Indonesia – 2015 - Present
TCL Maritime were commissioned by PT SMOE Indonesia to carry out the detailed design of the Phase 5 development. The development includes 9 hectares of near shore reclamation, 449 m of main quay wall, 200m of side quay wall and loading platforms behind the quay. The main quay will have a dredged depth of  - 12 mCD, for FPSO conversions and the side quay wall is designed for load out barges.

Singapore – 2013
Our staff carried out a structural survey and assessment of Berth 9 at Sembawang Shipyard to confirm its capacity to load out the 13,000t Ekofisk Accommodation Platform. The work included a review of the design of the skid shoes, skid tracks and a design check on the piled foundations supporting the Platform during fabrication and the piled skid beams, required for the load-out operations

  • Batam, Indonesia – Load out of 2,500 tonnes offshore platform for SMOE  APLNG Project.
  • Batam, Indonesia – Load out of 8,000 tonnes CPP SMOE Gajah Baru offshore platform SMOE.
  • Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia – Master plan for future development of marine facilities at MMHE including heavy load out , finger piers and quay wall for 40,000 tonnes semi-submersible unit for MMHE.
  • Batam, Indonesia – Assessment of existing quay wall for SMOE yard and detailed design of replacement 1500mm secant bored piled wall and load out platform to allow seafront dredging to -10 mCD for SMOE.
  • Batam, Indonesia – Review of imposed loading on SMOE yard structures during lifting, transportation and integration of a Mudmat structure onto the base of Kerisi offshore jacket for SMOE.
  • Singapore – Technical advice and design checks on proposed foundations for supporting numerous offshore platforms and modules for FPSO projects. These projects included ERHA, Bohai and Malampaya for SMOE.
  • Singapore -  Load out of 5,000 tonnes offshore platform for SMOE Halfdan project.
